Housing Navigator - Bridge Program United Way of Morgan County
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary range: $20 - 22/hour depending on experience/lived experience and multi-lingual abilities.
- Full Time 40/week.
- Flexible Schedule, some nights and weekends may be required.
- Paid holidays, days off, and sick leave in accordance with Colorado state law.
- Ongoing educational and training opportunities.
United Way is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Housing Navigator to join the Bridge Program, an innovative initiative launched in 2024. This role is pivotal in managing a caseload in collaboration with diverse community partners. The Housing Navigator will facilitate service connections, provide comprehensive case management, navigate housing options, and actively contribute to educational and collaborative community initiatives.
