United Way of Morgan County has been a trusted partner in community well-being since 1958.
What began as a local fundraising hub—supporting vital nonprofit services through workplace campaigns and community giving—has grown into a dynamic, collaborative force focused on long-term change.

Today, we continue to fund and support partner agencies while also leading systems-level work through our Growing Together Initiative —a community-driven movement built on the principles of Collective Impact .

Collective Impact
Through the Growing Together Initiative, we:
- Facilitate shared work across sectors
- Convene Action Teams focused on four community-prioritized areas: Housing, Food Access, Child & Youth Resources, Health & Wellness
- Center lived experience in planning and decision-making
- Focus on long-term systems change, not just service delivery

Community Investment
We raise funds and provide financial support to trusted local nonprofits and initiatives that align with community needs.We also:
- Serve as a fiscal agent for community efforts
- Help organizations secure new grants and funding
- Provide tools and resources for nonprofit sustainability
