  • Resource Access Specialist:

    Employment Type: Full-Time/40 hours per week

    Compensation: $25 - $27 per hour based on experience, plus full health benefits

    Language Requirement: Bilingual or Multilingual

    About This Role:

    We are seeking a compassionate and culturally-informed Resource Access Navigator to serve

    as a vital bridge between community members and essential services in Morgan County. This

    position creates an expansive community resource and service network by providing

    personalized, relationship-based navigation, connecting families facing barriers to the local

    agencies providing critical resources.

  • Health and Wellness Team Facilitator

    Employment Type:  Part Time Independent Contractor

    Compensation: $50 per hour up to 20 hours per month.  

    About This Role:

    United Way of Morgan County is seeking an Independent Contractor to provide Facilitation and Implementation Guidance for the Health and Wellness Action Team. The facilitator will guide team members towards productive interactions and help to foster a positive atmosphere conducive for growth and change.
